Parameters and specifications
The 2182A Nanovoltmeter is optimized for measuring small voltages and for the characterization of low-resistance materials and devices. Low noise, high measurement speed and repeatability are the main advantages. For measuring small resistances, the 2182A can work with Keithley 622x sources, even in automatic current reversal mode, and in pulse mode so that the object to be measured does not heat up.
