The Keithley 2600B SMU series are the solution for highly automated production test applications. Both dual and single channel models integrate a precision voltage and current supply, DMM and electronic load with pulse generation capability. In addition, TSP® technology runs complete test programs for automated system applications and allows instruments up to 64 channels to be combined for parallel testing in mass production.
