    The Keithley 6430 combines the capabilities of an electrometer and SMU. With an external preamplifier, it can measure currents with 10aA resolution, resistances greater than tens of TOhms. The internal power supply offers +/- 200V and +/- 100mA. In addition, the preamplifier allows maximum physical proximity to the object to be measured.
