The HIOKI BT3554-91 battery tester set includes the BT3554-50 main unit, the 9465-10 straight pin test lead, and the Z3210 Bluetooth® adapter. As part of HIOKI’s latest generation of portable battery testers—building on expertise dating back to 1986—this model offers broad compatibility with a wide range of battery types thanks to its two voltage ranges (6 V and 60 V) and four resistance ranges (3 mΩ to 3 Ω). Measurements can be performed without disconnecting the battery from the system, significantly simplifying the process and reducing service time.

With a measurement speed of under two seconds, the BT3554-91 is well suited for use in tight or hard-to-access locations. HIOKI’s noise reduction technology ensures accurate readings even in electrically noisy environments. The built-in comparator function (PASS, WARNING, FAIL) provides immediate evaluation of battery condition based on user-defined thresholds, allowing fast and reliable maintenance decisions.

The BT3554-91 also offers advanced data management capabilities. It can store up to 6,000 measurement records, and thanks to the included Z3210 Bluetooth® adapter, it supports wireless data transfer to a smartphone or tablet. Through the free GENNECT Cross app, users can perform real-time analysis, create reports, and send pass/fail profiles directly to the instrument—streamlining field work and improving traceability.

For PC-based workflows, the BT3554-91 features a USB interface. With the free GENNECT One software, users can control the instrument remotely, transfer data, and process measurement results. Alternatively, measurement values can be sent directly into Microsoft Excel by configuring the device as a Human Interface Device (HID).
