The HIOKI BT3554-92 battery tester set includes the BT3554-50 main unit, the L2020 four-wire probe, and the Z3210 Bluetooth® adapter. As a part of HIOKI’s latest generation of portable battery testers—drawing on decades of expertise since the first model in 1986—the BT3554-92 supports two voltage ranges (6 V and 60 V) and four resistance ranges (3 mΩ to 3 Ω), ensuring broad compatibility with many battery types and capacities. Measurements can be performed without disconnecting the battery, greatly simplifying maintenance tasks and reducing downtime.

With a measurement time of under two seconds, the BT3554-92 is ideal for workflows in confined or hard-to-reach areas. HIOKI’s advanced noise reduction technology ensures stable and accurate measurements, even in demanding electrical environments. The integrated comparator function (PASS, WARNING, FAIL) provides instant evaluation of battery condition using user-defined thresholds, supporting quick decision-making during inspections.

The instrument offers comprehensive data management features. It can store up to 6,000 measurement results, and thanks to the included Z3210 Bluetooth® adapter, data can be transferred wirelessly to a smartphone or tablet. Using the free GENNECT Cross app, users can perform real-time analysis, generate reports, and upload pass/fail profiles to the tester—significantly enhancing the efficiency of field maintenance work.

For PC connectivity, a USB interface is available. With GENNECT One (Windows), users can control the tester remotely, transfer stored data, and process measurement results. Additionally, the instrument can operate as a Human Interface Device (HID), allowing measurement values to be imported directly into Microsoft Excel without additional drivers.

A broad selection of optional measurement leads and accessories ensures reliable operation with different terminal types and installation environments.
