Legal basis for the processing of personal data

  • The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fact that this processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the respective controller or a third party within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation");

The scope and purpose of the processing of personal data

  • On the basis of your consent, the controller processes the following data: name and surname, e-mail, telephone number.
  • The purpose of the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest of the controller or a third party to fulfill the subject's request to send an offer, reply to an inquiry or comment on an article, goods or services.
  • There is no automatic individual decision-making on the part of the controller within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.

Duration of storage of personal data

  • Your personal data will be processed for a period of 3 years.

Other recipients of personal data

  • Other recipients of your personal data will be shipping companies and other persons involved in the delivery of goods or services, and persons providing technical services for the controller related to the operation of the e-shop, including the operation of software and data storage.
  • The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or to an international organisation.

Rights of the data subject

  • Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to the portability of your personal data.
  • If you believe that the processing of your personal data has infringed or is infringing the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, among other things.
  • You are under no obligation to provide personal data. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract and without the provision of your personal data, the contract cannot be concluded or performed by the controller.
