    Detailed Product Overview

The CT9555 is a 1-channel current sensor interface designed for use with HIOKI current sensors and current clamps with ME15W connectors. The unit supplies power to the connected sensor and provides the sensor output as a waveform signal on a BNC connector, enabling the connected current sensor to be used with oscilloscopes and other data acquisition systems.

HIOKI current sensors with ME15W connectors provide a standardized output signal of 2 V full scale. The CT9555 outputs this signal directly via the BNC waveform output without modification. As a result, the output accuracy corresponds to the accuracy of the connected current sensor.

In combination with high-precision fluxgate current sensors, the CT9555 enables highly accurate current measurement for power analysis with oscilloscopes and other measurement instruments. The flat frequency response and constant phase shift of these sensors allow accurate evaluation of inverter and motor currents, including harmonic components.

Other applications include high-accuracy current measurement in power electronics systems, evaluation of inverter and motor currents including harmonics, battery charge and discharge current measurement, and high-precision current measurement with data acquisition systems.
