Espec TSA Series Temperature Shock Chamber without Elevator

Anyone who tests in temperature chambers will have experience of testing in a chamber with a lift, where the test sample passes between two separate chambers - a chamber with warm air and a chamber with cold air. However, this method of testing has two pitfalls. The first may be more frequent servicing of the elevator and the second is monitoring the behaviour of the sample (complex cable connections).

ESPEC was the first to market a single chamber thermal shock chamber without elevator in 1975. In this type of chamber, the test samples do not move, they remain in one chamber into which hot or cold air is introduced by a flap system. These chambers are also suitable for larger and heavier samples.

We offer fourteen different models of the TSA chamber series, so everyone can choose the size and performance of the chamber that best suits their testing needs:

  • Internal capacity: 40 to 2310 litres
  • max. temperature range for cold chamber: -70 to 0 °C
  • max. temperature range for the hot chamber: +50 to +200 °C (optional +300 °C)
  • Dual-zone or tri-zone operation
  • Compliant with IEC, ISO, MIL, JEDEC and LV124 standards
  • highest energy efficiency, up to 50% savings
  • elimination of mechanical vibrations caused by the lift mechanism
  • easy and simple access to test samples through the side passage
  • larger chambers are suitable for testing large assemblies and finished products such as lithium-ion battery modules, electric vehicle powertrains, etc.

The TSA chamber series complies with the latest 7th edition of IEC 60068-2-14:2023, Rapid Temperature Change Tests.

🔥If you need a TSA series chamber with 100 or 200 l internal capacity (or any other chamber) delivered and invoiced this year, please do not hesitate to contact us.🔥
