IsoVu probe technology provides accurate differential measurements up to ±2500 V at reference voltages up to ±60 kV at voltage change rates of 100 V/ns or faster.

With versatile MMCX connectors and an unmatched combination of bandwidth, dynamic range and harmonic interference suppression, IsoVu Gen 2 probes set a new standard for isolated probe technology and enable wide bandwidth power circuit designs based on SiC and GaN technology.

IsoVu technology uses fiber optic cables to power the measurement head. This allows perfect galvanic isolation of the oscilloscope from your measurement circuit.
