Detailed Product Overview
The modular LR8450 Data Logger is a highly versatile and scalable solution designed for professionals who require both speed and adaptability. This high-speed, multi-channel system supports up to 120 channels by accommodating four plug-in modules, with seven module types available for measuring voltage, current, temperature (thermocouples or Pt100/1000), humidity, resistance, strain, pulse signals, and CAN (FD) data. With support for up to 20 directly connected HIOKI current sensors, the LR8450 enables high-accuracy AC/DC current measurements from 2 A to 6000 A. Its 1 ms recording interval is ideal for capturing rapid signal changes, while the 7" TFT display delivers clear, real-time data visualization for efficient on-site monitoring.
The LR8450 incorporates a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) to ensure high measurement accuracy. All compatible modules can measure direct voltages up to 100 V and provide 300 V DC/AC CAT II isolation to earth, enhancing safety and reliability across diverse testing environments.
With the option to operate for several hours on battery power, the LR8450 is well-suited for both stationary and mobile applications. Data can be stored on SD cards or USB drives, and retrieved easily via the integrated Gigabit LAN interface. A DC input further expands power supply flexibility, making the LR8450 an indispensable tool for demanding automotive and industrial testing tasks. Whether evaluating electric vehicles or overseeing complex industrial systems, the LR8450 delivers outstanding precision, flexibility, and performance.
