SA9002 Test Fixture

The SA9002 Test Fixture is an essential component of the SA2634-KIT Slurry Analysis System from HIOKI. It provides secure and repeatable mounting for disposable slurry sample containers (SA9001 or SA9001-01) filled with the slurry sample and connects to the IM3536 LCR Meter via four BNC terminals.

Although the SA9002 is part of the SA2634-KIT system, it can also be purchased separately as a replacement fixture or used independently with other HIOKI LCR meters, as well as with the IM3570 Impedance Analyzer or the IM3590 Chemical Impedance Analyzer, in combination with the disposable sample containers. This flexibility allows users to create customized measurement configurations tailored to specific evaluation and development requirements.

The SA9002 Test Fixture, together with the compatible sample containers, is optimized specifically for impedance measurements of slurry materials. Depending on the container type used, the nickel-plated or gold-plated electrode surfaces ensure stable electrical contact and highly reproducible impedance measurement results under defined slurry conditions.

Use of the SA9002 Test Fixture with other pastes or conductive materials may lead to different contact characteristics and measurement behavior and is therefore not covered by HIOKI specifications.
