    Parameters and specifications

    Shieldex® 44/10 + OA has a 44dtex titre and a round cross-section. The yarn is mainly used in the textile industry in products with antistatic, antimicrobial and electromagnetic radiation shielding functions. It is ideal for electrosensitive clothing. Other examples of processing include antimicrobial and anti-odour garments and garments with a shielding function against electromagnetic radiation, as well as antistatic carpets and curtains. The additionally applied ultrathin coating (+ OA) improves the flow properties during further processing of the textile. The yarn is RoHS and REACH compliant.
