    Parameters and specifications

    Shieldex® Bonn is a thermally bonded non-woven fabric made of polyamide with a silver content of approx. 17%. Thanks to its silver content, this nonwoven fabric is antimicrobial, electrically and thermally conductive and shields against electromagnetic radiation. Despite its antimicrobial properties, Shieldex® Bonn is mainly used for technical purposes in industry. In addition to EMC protection, this fabric also provides anti-static dissipation and very good electrical conductivity down to < 0.5 Ω/□. Products made from this fabric include, for example, sensors in medical technology, shielding wallpaper for room shading or solutions for antistatic discharge in electronic components. The fabric is in compliance with OEKO-Tex® Standard 100, REACH and RoHS.
