    Parameters and specifications

    Shieldex® Zell RS is an extremely conductive fabric coated with silver, copper and tin. The conductivity of the fabric is extremely enhanced by the additional coating of copper and tin. The tin makes the fabric solderable and allows good contact with other materials. Tin can also be dissolved very well by subsequent processes and allows the creation of textile conductive pathways. A robust rip stop fabric structure with 2,500 threads per cm² in the warp and weft direction, Shieldex® Zell RS is used in industry for many technical applications where mechanical stress is a major concern. In addition, the fabric is used in cable shielding, room shielding, in mobile shade tents and especially as printed circuit board fabrics.
