Shieldex® Zell RS CR

Like Shieldex® Zell RS, Shieldex® Zell RS CR is an extremely conductive fabric coated with silver, copper and tin. This fabric also features a special coating (CR) that makes it suitable for cleanroom applications. The conductivity of the fabric is extremely enhanced by the additional copper and tin coating. The tin makes the fabric solderable and allows good contact with other materials. A robust rip stop fabric structure with 2,500 threads per cm² in the warp and weft direction, Shieldex® Zell RS CR is used in industry for many technical applications where mechanical stress is a major concern. Furthermore, the conductive fabric is used in cable shielding, room shielding and mobile shade tents, as it additionally shields against infrared radiation.
