Shieldex® RF Shielded Duffle Bag

The Shieldex® RF Shielded Duffle Bag is a professional solution for the secure transport and temporary storage of electronic devices in environments where there is a risk of unauthorized wireless access, tracking, or data manipulation. In modern practice, sensitive electronics – such as smartphones, laptops, or communication devices – are often handled outside controlled laboratory environments, for example directly in the field during operations or transport.

The bag is designed to ensure reliable RF isolation even under dynamic conditions. It achieves shielding effectiveness of up to 85 dB in the 0.7–6 GHz range according to IEEE 299/2006, effectively blocking signals from cellular networks, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GNSS.

At the core of the product is an internal rolltop insert, manufactured entirely in-house from multilayer Shieldex® shielding materials (Berlin RS, Nora Dell CR, and Zell RS). The design allows for tight rolling and secure closure using hook-and-loop fasteners, ensuring continuous electromagnetic protection during handling and transport.

The outer layer consists of a durable duffle bag construction made of 1680D and 600D polyester, providing high mechanical resistance, shape stability, and protection against environmental conditions. A U-shaped zipper ensures easy access to the main compartment, complemented by a side pocket and a separate rear compartment for accessories or documentation.

With a volume of 48 liters, the bag is suitable for transporting multiple devices simultaneously. The flexible carrying system allows it to be used as a backpack or a shoulder bag, making it an ideal tool for operational deployment.
