ST9000 Discharge Detection Upgrade

The ST9000 improves the ability to detect microscopic partial discharges hidden in noise. This feature allows accurate detection of defective insulation, known as pseudo-short circuits, without the need for additional peripheral equipment such as antennas to detect the discharges.

The ST9000 uses Hioki's original filter that removes noise components from the high frequency components in the total response signal to extract only the partial discharge components for accurate evaluation.
