In accordance with Section 1829(1) of the Civil Code, the buyer/consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without stating any reason within fourteen days of receiving the goods. If the order contains multiple types of goods or consists of several parts, this period begins on the date of receipt of the final delivery of goods. The withdrawal period is deemed to have been observed if the buyer sends the seller a notice of withdrawal from the contract within this period.
